Isaac Bokros

Chief Executive Officer

Isaac began his career as a CNC machine operator in a cabinet and store fixture business in Columbus, OH. He has worked in several wood product manufacturing organizations in a variety of positions including engineering, engineering management, project management, operations management, and general management. He joined the USAM DC team in May of 2022 and is honored to serve this talented team of craftsmen and industry professionals. With twenty-five years of industry experience, he has a deep appreciation for the skill and effort involved in creating custom millwork and enjoys the satisfaction a team gets when they see the finished product.

Brad Stewart

Director of Operations

After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Brad found his way into the construction industry when a close friend asked if he would join two others in starting a local charity. The mission was to help rebuild homes for those who could not afford to repair or rebuild after a fire. Gaining experience in all aspects of running construction projects and a charity was not only very educational, but highly rewarding in helping those most in need. This also helped Brad’s transition of leadership and mission critical skills from the military to the construction industry.

Enjoying all aspects of the construction industry, Brad wanted to refine his career focus to a specific trade. Following the memories from a high school woodshop class and a very persuasive friend from Brad’s Marine Corps Unit, he shifted to the architectural millwork industry starting out as an Estimator. From there Brad worked through the ranks of project management to overall management of operations.

Architectural millwork keeps Brad’s interest to this day because of the unique trait of fitting an offsite, custom manufacturing process producing custom products that are installed at a construction site. The challenge of fitting that manufacturing process into a client's construction schedule is what makes the day-to-day operation unique and different every day at work. Finally, Brad is always amazed of the beauty and craftsmanship of the products created by our skilled team. It adds a rewarding feeling for the team at the end of projects.
